Just got home from seeing Woody Allen's new movie Whatever Works.
It was better than I thought it would be and a lot better than what it appears to be. It's had me thinking for hours what I've been thinking about for more than 30 years.

Well, that's essentially how I feel about life - full of loneliness, and misery, and suffering, and unhappiness, and it's all over much too quickly.

There's a lot that doesn't, Jennifer. But I think more does than doesn't.
If you like Woody Allen movies, it's a good one to go to and then discuss the heck out of it after.

Larry David's character rarely showed that sort of optimism. That was one of the problems.
