Duckies!

What water is that? I'm out in W.V. for another week or two.

Hi thunder! It's a small pond in our condo complex.

I was glad the GIGANTIC (and I mean they are huge, like they've taken steroids) frogs didn't leap up and squish the baby ducks. :)

Take pics of the frogs, too!

There's no big ones around here that I've seen, yet.

I miss the days when BG was Drunken Kindle commenting.

Did you have to send the new 'puter back, Glue Birl?

ifthethunderdontgetya™³²®©

Drunken Kindle sounds like a kung fu style.

blue girl

Yes, the days of popovers for jibberish were indeed awesome while they lasted. :)

blue girl

Haven't returned the new computer yet. Have another week to decide.

zombie rotten mcdonald

what did you get for a new computer?

Jennifer

Wonderful photos and sentiment.

blue girl

Thanks, Jennifer. I was channeling thunder. Must be something in the air down here!

ZRM, it's a MacBook, Snow Leopard, 13" screen.

Going from the Kindle to the 13" screen and then getting my 17" back, I feel like I'm now working on a drive-in movie theater screen! :)

P.S. Me and the dog saw a black bear this morning. Not small, either! And only 30 feet away.

But the camera which I quickly pulled out refused to clicky (it does that sometimes when it can't decide whether it needs flash or not).

And just like that, the bear was gone back up the mountain. First time I've ever seen one outside a zoo.

thunder! I am glad that he didn't eat you and you are alive to tell the tale!

And bummer about your camera. I would really like to see a shot of the bear with your left foot included for size reference!

Perhaps it was really a Sasquatch... those areas are supposed to be pretty squatchy!

Brando

How awesome would it be if your computer screen was a drive-in theater screen?

Another kiwi

Pretty scary for the neighbours.

I was going to combine AK's joke with one about porn.

Carmi

I love the sense of peace in these scenes. I could sit by the water and watch them meander back and forth all day. In fact, maybe this week I will. Thanks for the inspiration.
